This has me thinking of making a single-player map for PO in which Alma gets drafted into the Little Sister program in Rapture and leads a revolt against Sechong and Co. Replicas, Splicers, Big Daddies and Alma. What more could you ask for? Perhaps Goldphenix would be kind enough to let me borrow his Little Sister model when PO and its SDK come out. What do you think?

Alma, running around haunting Rapture is fine, but she doesn't really get along well with the Little Sisters as you can see. She likes to joke around, but you can see from the Little Sister's face that her humor is generally not appreciated.

Granted she doesn't get along with all the Little Sisters, or at least those who don't appreciate her humor. That would create all kinds of possibilites with some of the LS's joining Alma to fight the system and some fighting against her. Each side would have their own loyal Big Daddies and the PC would be caught somewhere in the middle, having to decide whether to stop the rebellion or join it. Throw in a few splicers in it for the ADAM and you've got a party. Every time you played it the experience would be different, a real free-for-all.

The real difficulty would be creating the Big Daddies and the splicers, as there's no easy way to access the models in Bioshock. Goldphenix has created his own Little Sister model that could be imported into the new FEAR 2 SDK but everything else would have to be created from scratch. If there's enough interest in this perhaps we could make it a group effort. What does everyone else think?
